feat: add historical thread sync commands

Summary

• Expose preview-first historical thread sync commands in the connector registry for Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, and Pi.
• Add a Pi package fallback binary, nowledge-mem-pi-sync, and bump nowledge-mem-pi to 0.8.1 because 0.8.0 is already published.
• Document historical backfill in key plugin READMEs and update the Gemini CLI submodule pointer.
• Extend plugin E2E coverage for registry historicalCommand fields and Pi history sync behavior.
