feat(lid-guard): support Dinit with elogind

What it does

Adds support for Dinit + elogind to Lid Guard while preserving the existing systemd + systemd-inhibit backend. Dinit is selected automatically when available.

External dependencies

The plugin uses either dinitctl, elogind-inhibit, and sleep, or systemctl, systemd-run, systemd-inhibit, and sleep, depending on the detected backend.
