What it does

Visually edit Hyprland animations, borders and shaders from a Noctalia panel, applied instantly without touching hyprland.lua. A Luau port of XimoCP's v4 plugin: 18 animation presets, 13 border presets and 9 GLSL shaders, swappable from a 4-tab panel (Home, Animations, Borders, Effects) whose Apply button regenerates the overlay and reloads Hyprland.

External dependencies

• bash and python3 on PATH (the preset converter and assembler are shell scripts).
• hyprctl (ships with Hyprland) for the hot reload.
• Hyprland running a Lua config (hyprland.lua) — not the legacy hyprlang .conf format.

thumbnail.webp (generated with the official thumbnail generator) shows the panel. Tested live: panel opens, presets apply and Hyprland reloads on Apply.
