Add home-manager modules for the Lark/Feishu command-line tools: - `cattery.cli-apps.tool.lark-cli` installs `pkgs.lark-cli` and persists `~/.lark-cli` for impermanence. - `cattery.cli-apps.tool.feishu-cli` installs `pkgs.feishu-cli` and persists `~/.feishu-cli` for impermanence. Also update flake.lock inputs.
