feat(user): support multiple calendar and contact accounts - #42

Change cattery.user.calendar and cattery.user.contact from a single account (nullOr submodule) to a list of accounts. Each account has a name defaulting to <user>-calendar / <user>-contact and a remote.userName defaulting to the account name. Accounts are injected into home-manager's accounts.calendar.accounts / accounts.contact.accounts keyed by name.
