Duplications falsely identified as issues

🪲 Description

Duplications needs to better identify what is/isn't a duplicate. For example config. profiles for system extension permissions will have duplicate settings between profiles to identify each extension.

📋 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Low Profile.app
2. Click on ## issues detected, select Duplications
3. Observe how it identifies things like permissions for different system extensions as duplicates.

✅ Expected Behaviour

Settings that can be replicated across multiple profiles should not be identified as duplicates unless the content of the setting is a match as well. The app needs to better identify which settings can/can't be duplicated, and should default to can, not can't.

The point is, the feature becomes useless if it is filled with false positives.

Can confirm this. I use both Cisco Secure Client and CrowdStrike, and the payload of these two profiles are showing as "Duplications." Payloads that can coexist without issues (such as multiple web content filters) shouldn't be considered duplicates.
