Ludovic (Nino) Lancette

I'm a systems thinker. I help companies work better, grow faster and spend less. I also design and build the governance that keeps the technology paying off.

Now I lead AI transformation and service delivery in professional services firms. I develop and roll out AI and agentic capabilities where the impact is highest. A big part of my work is upgrading the governance, policies and operating practices behind safe and compliant use of AI.

I'm still a maker at heart and a former founder. So I also develop proprietary tools and internal applications that unlock productivity for the teams I work with.
