I found in an issue comment from a couple years ago mention of the possibility of adding a key to the PartyChanged response object indicating if a party member is in your raid alliance or not. Has there been any progress on that discussion? I checked the Discord link in the original comment but it gave me a 404.
Edit: I tried a quick guildhest and inspected the PartyChanged object and only saw these properties so I'm guessing it's either not implemented yet or doesn't show when you're not in a raid?
