Two blockers remain in the added Anemone plugin.

At SKILL.md line 3, include the advertised prototype or redefine this as an executable, portable skill. The manifest and skill promise nine interactive pages plus an index, but the bundle contains only the skill, manifest, provenance, and Markdown audit records. None of the named HTML, styles, scripts, checks, or verification evidence exists, so an installed user cannot open, run, or verify the stated output. If the product is the prototype, add its portable files and declare the HTML preview and assets in the manifest. If the product is reusable guidance, replace the retrospective project log with instructions and inputs an agent can execute and remove the output claims. This is top-level because the safety gate rejects the generated plugin directory name as an inline path.

At SKILL.md line 31, confirm publication rights and sanitize the source records. That paragraph says no license was found and the result was prepared only for local use, while this PR publishes a derived report in the public catalog. The added audit references also repeat local workstation paths and source contact details. Document the owner's publication permission and an applicable license or attribution, then remove private source details and redundant audit copies. If those rights cannot be established, do not publish this candidate.
