Sync only the shared AGENTS guidance from Meta #60, source commit dc336a8a9a9ed72a96019003ee9d2da1304ef56d. Shorten Secrets, Testing and Validation, scope test cleanup to the changed suite, and link detailed E2E recording/replay instructions to their owner.
Generated using that committed sync engine with AgentsConsumers only. The normal distribution run was blocked before startup by GitHub account billing. No runtime assets, lint configuration or repository-specific instructions are changed.
Validation: the canonical managed-guidance acceptance passed (1 test); sync Apply followed by Check passed; the block exactly matches the approved template; all bytes outside it are preserved; this PR changes only AGENTS.md. Application code and test inputs are unchanged. Consumer CI results are tracked separately.
