Describe the bug
Users opening public link of form they're not able to submit the form.

To Reproduce

  1. user1 create a form.
  2. user1 create a public link.
  3. register user/guest user open the link and submit the form.
  4. save throws an error 'there was an error submitting the form'

Expected behavior
Form should be submitted with no error.
