Ability to add instruction text blocks between question-and-answer blocks #3421

Sometimes, with long forms (such as surveys), it is necessary to use headings and other instructions to separate sections because the form covers several topics:
- Participant information
- First section containing several questions
- Second section containing several questions
- etc.
The current inability to mark these sections with text means that everything appears in a single block, which can make reading the form tedious at times.
Describe the solution you'd like
I suggest that when you click the “Add” button, an additional option should appear, such as “Instructions.” Technically, this field would work exactly the same as the input field between the form title and the first question (Markdown...), except that you can add it and move it between any question/answer block (and you can insert as many as you want). Finally, I suggest that the “Add a question” button be renamed to “Add new” or ‘Add’ or “Add item” because what I’m proposing to add is not technically a question.
