PDF views weird / wrong characters on some PDFs in Chrome (encoding?)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open specific (not all!) PDF File - see screenshot - ONLY affects Chrome.
   Does not work: Chrome 142.0.7444.176, Edge 142.0.3595.80
   Works: Firefox 145.0.1

should display correctly

Are there update about this issue ?
I have same behavior here.
