Changes

New filters in the dashboard (bids_inventory browse):

• Number of participants: "from"/"to" boxes, next to sessions and runs ("subjects": [min, max] in filter_data).
• Exclude tasks: a text box (with a "regular expression" tickbox) under the task search. Tasks that match are left out of the search, so a dataset is kept only if it has another task, which must also match the task text if there is one. They are also left out of the tasks distribution plot ("task_exclude" / "task_exclude_regex" in filter_data). The dashboard shows how to exclude the resting state tasks with (?-i:^rest|Rest|REST|rest$). The search is case insensitive, so (?-i:...) is needed to keep forrestgump or presto.
• Exclude datasets without institution: a tickbox under the institution filter ("exclude_no_institution" in filter_data). This drops the datasets with no institution in their metadata and those whose institutions could not be located.

Institutions section:

• New heading with the number and percentage of the selected datasets without recorded institution, and of those with institutions that could not be located.
• New histogram of the number of datasets or participants per country, next to the map, stacked by source, the highest bar on the left. A toggle switches between datasets and participants. A dataset with institutions in several countries is counted for each of them.

Country names in English:

• Nominatim returned country names in the local language ("中国", "Deutschland"...). The geocoder now asks for English names (language="en").
• The countries already in institutions.json were translated (only the Country values changed, plus one key that was out of order and is now sorted). A test checks that the names stay in English.
• The full addresses are still in the local language: changing them would need geocoding all the institutions again.

Checks

• Tests pass, and ruff and marimo check report no issues.
• The notebook runs headless with marimo export html. The new layout has not been checked in a browser yet.
