Bump golangci-lint-action v4 -> v6 for golangci-lint v2 support - #99

golangci-lint-action@v4 injects `--out-format=github-actions` into the golangci-lint invocation for v1 compatibility. golangci-lint v2 removed the `--out-format` flag (replaced by the `--output.*` flags / output config section), so v4 fails with "unknown flag: --out-format" as soon as a repo pins a v2 linter-version.
