Summary
arduino/setup-protoc@v1fails when fetching the protoc release, returning GitHub's 404 HTML page instead of the expected binary/API response. This breaks thegogeneratejob in every repo consumingsdk-gogenerate.yaml(e.g. sdk-ovs).Bumps the action to
v3(latest release), matching the pinning style already used foractions/checkout@v4andactions/setup-go@v5in the same workflow.What was tested
arduino/setup-protochas no other usages needing updates in this repo.v3.0.0is the current latest release via the GitHub API.cmd-gogenerate.yaml, which does not usesetup-protoc.
