Updates all outdated NuGet dependencies in the solution: 30 package references across six test projects. All updates are minor or patch releases.

Moq's updated nullable annotations exposed six compiler warnings in existing tests. Adapt logging matchers to handle nullable state and assert the captured event's type explicitly, preserving the existing checks and CI's warnings-as-errors requirement.

Validation:

• dotnet outdated dry-run completed successfully; dotnet outdated -u applied all reported upgrades.
• dotnet build NetDaemon.sln --configuration Release --no-incremental -p:TreatWarningsAsErrors=true --verbosity quiet passed with zero warnings and zero errors. The initial six nullable warnings were resolved by the focused test changes.
• dotnet test NetDaemon.sln --configuration Release --logger "trx;LogFileName=netdaemon-tests.trx" --verbosity quiet passed: 492 unit tests and all five Docker-backed integration tests, with no failures or skipped tests.
• Post-upgrade dotnet outdated: No outdated dependencies were detected.
• git diff --check passed. Generated test results are excluded from the commit.
