Description

This add the program metadata form component.

Issue # 1506
Migration pr of #18

Testing instructions

  1. Set the following settings

LMS

MFE_CONFIG_OVERRIDES = {
    "authoring": {
        "PROGRAMS_METADATA_API_URL": "http://studio.local.openedx.io:8001/eox-nelp/api/programs/v1/metadata",
    }
}

CMS

FEATURES["ENABLE_OTHER_COURSE_SETTINGS"] = True
  1. Go to studio and enter in any course
  2. Click on the programs Metadata button
  3. Complete the form and click on save button
  4. verify advanced settings(Reload page)
