Lane C slice c30 (LEDGER 3002, report v83ref/reports/c022-enchant-dialog.md).
HeavenClient gets Legendary Spirit's window (v83 CUIEnchantSkill on UIWindow.img/EnchantSkill), opened by the skill's key (1003, 10001003, 20001003):
{tick, scroll, +equip slot, ws 1/2, 1}.Verification (M): ctest 152/152 (scroll_rules tests for the new helpers), GUI check on the lane stack (window, drop, tooltip, White Scroll box, effect with Cancel disabled, chat line; DB shows the scroll and White Scroll used, slots kept), one Sonnet review (fixed: the chat line no longer tells of a White Scroll that wasn't sent; stale comment).
