Dragon Roar (1311006) now stuns the mobs it hits for its
yseconds: 4 at levels 1-9, 3 at 10-20, 2 at 21-30. The skill's String.nx description says it attacks "by temporarily stunning them". The level lines say "Stun for N Seconds". Cosmic also stuns mobs, but it uses the absenttimefield, which makes its stun last almost no time (reports/c020 section 1).The skill has no
prop, so the stun always lands; bosses stay immune as before. The user's own stun (skills::self_stun) is unchanged.Tests: a net unit test covers the 4 s / 2 s stun, and the
hp_costsharness test passes.
