docs: fix column limit accuracy in CODE_QUALITY.md (80 → 100) - #47

The .clang-format file sets ColumnLimit: 100 and README.md correctly documents a '100-column relaxed kernel limit', but CODE_QUALITY.md stated '80-column line limit' in three places. Update all three references to accurately reflect the 100-column project baseline. For checkpatch, clarify that checkpatch itself warns above 80 columns, but the project allows up to 100.
