The project's .clang-format sets ColumnLimit: 100, and README.md and copilot-instructions.md both document the 100-column project baseline. CODE_QUALITY.md was incorrectly stating 80 columns in three places. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
