Drop the loading toast and confirm dialog for the 30s TTFB check — measurement now runs quietly and switches to the fastest responsive server only when the current one stops responding, instead of prompting whenever a faster one is found. Removes the now-unused anisette_finding_fastest/fastest_found/speed_check_failed/faster_title/ faster_message keys from en/ko locales.
