No directory support

I'm looking at the tristam3_trs80.dsk disk in dsktools:

dsktools>dir
Directory of 'tristam3_trs80.dsk
GAME BIN 2 B 1
154368 bytes (67 granules) free.
OK

How can I find out what files are in these directories and extract them?

dsktools>extract GAME
file not found.
OK

dsktools>dir GAME

Hi, thanks for checking out dsktools. I am not familiar with that disk. Can you point me to it on the coco archive?

What should the dir look like? Have you tried it in XROAR? If so can you post the results?

CoCo Disk Extended Color Basic (DECB) does not provide support for sub-directories. If you want to extract a file using disktools you would do the following:

dsktools>dir
Directory of 'tristam3_trs80.dsk
GAME BIN 2 B 1
154368 bytes (67 granules) free.
OK

dsktools>extract GAME.BIN
OK
