Whenever FQM fails it generates a errors.log file that contains the cause, could you please attach its content here.

Missing the error traceback, could you please include the full error message outputted in the command-line? It'll be easier if you can attach the data.sqlite (it's your database file, so make sure no sensitive information in it)
