pull tickets in same time !

Hi dear

First of all , I would to thank you about great work and efforts .
I face issue while testing system ,if you have two branches pull tickets was assigned at same time, display page dont wait 5 seconds but it's moved directly to display next pulled ticket althought previos one appear one second or less ! ,, system should appear ticket based on order and every ticket takes whole time to appear .

There's an existing setting (Wait for announcement to finish:) which might be helpful, you can enable it in Customization > Display Screen > Notification sound:
