Common tasks issue

Hello,

Is there a way to not assign automatically a common task to a desk? I created a common task, assigned it to all my desks, but I do not want the system to assign it to a desk when it is chosen in the display.

Hi,

Not possible with the current flow (tickets belong to a given task, and office), would be possible if we allowed the tickets to belong to a user as well, in that case the user can pull a ticket independently, will have to add view to list and manage the user's tickets as well.
