chore: drop the dead any-agent-evaluate console script

Description

Removes the any-agent-evaluate console script.

src/any_agent/evaluation/cli.py was deleted on 2025-06-25 in #507, but the entry point pointing at it stayed. Every release since has shipped a command that fails on invocation with ModuleNotFoundError. [project.scripts] goes with it, since that was its only entry.

Nothing else in the repo or docs references the command. Removing rather than restoring a CLI, since any-agent is in soft deprecation and takes bug fixes only. Say the word if you would rather have the CLI back instead.
