Add tutorial.html with a guided tour (Driver.js 1.10.2 bundled in lib/driverjs, no CDN) covering annotations with and without screenshots, crop with description and blur, the report, and session export/import. The popup opens it on first use (localStorage flag) and exposes a help button to reopen it. E2E spec added; helper marks the tutorial as seen so existing specs are unaffected. - AGENTS.md: add Tutorial section and the rule to update the tutorial whenever a user-facing feature changes; update definition of done. - README: current feature list, refreshed screenshots, accurate dev and test instructions. - Package tutorial.html in genetareZip.ps1 and add tutorial.spec.js to the e2e:all and e2e:ci scripts. - Bump manifest version 4.1.1 -> 4.2.0 for the Web Store.
