menus incorrect on mac

The menus on mac are in-window rather than in the menubar.

I think this basically ends up being "need to re-implement buddy lists".

Actually, the main window hasn't got a menu, which does all sorts of other fun stuff too - like crashing when trying to use cmd+comma
