Display a check size button, download button, and open button depending on the download state and file type. (images, videos and audio are included in message.files only if their download isn't finished)
Localize the "Check File Size", "Download File", "Open File" button texts and the "Checking the size" and "Downloading" texts.
The media picker isn't that useful there. Users can upload media via the file picker.
Since we changed the "attach" button to open the file picker, make the camera button to open the media picker in photos mode. (it allows both using the camera and selecting existing pictures / videos)
