Soundpost creation workflow/ui

It would be nice if there was something built in to generate soundposts like in browser userscripts. Basically, a button that prompts uploading a file to catbox (or providing a catbox url if that's too much) and soundpost filename creation (filename + [sound=url]).

Something more advanced would be the option when uploading a video file with sound to add a prompt whether to create a soundpost automatically (strip video file of audio like normal, then yes/no to upload audio to catbox, etc.)

I think the auto prompt makes more sense, decent idea
