Summary

Added Material 3 Expressive button geometry and interactions, including standard and connected Button Groups, Split Button, and a unified M3Button API for icon buttons.
Added Divider and Tab Group components to React and Vue, with Storybook guides, navigation integration, and behavior tests.
Updated FABs, lists, menus, select popups, and related motion and layout behavior to match the current component guidance.
Improved Storybook examples and validation, strengthened the coverage floor to 90%, and clarified the stable release workflow name.

Breaking changes

M3IconButton was removed; use M3Button with a fixed width for icon-only controls.
Button and FAB defaults, plus expressive list and menu behavior, changed. The individual commits retain their breaking-change markers for release notes.

Verification

ESLint, TypeScript checks, unit tests, build, Storybook build and docs checks passed.
Merged coverage passed: statements 95.26%, branches 90.42%, functions 92.00%, lines 96.01%.
React and Vue Tab Group browser tests passed.

Button, button group, FAB, and split button styles were aligned with expressive geometry and motion. Shared width types now describe auto, narrow, medium, and wide button modes. BREAKING CHANGE: Standalone icon-button styles and types were removed; button geometry is now selected through M3Button width.

M3Button now supports content and compact widths, icon actions, toggle states, and inherited group sizes. Button groups and split buttons gained React APIs, examples, and tests. BREAKING CHANGE: M3IconButton was removed in favor of M3Button width; button and FAB defaults changed to expressive variants.
