• `bunx oxfmt --check .github/workflows/ci.yml .github/workflows/release-prebuilt-npm.yml .changeset/ubuntu-qemu-user.md`
• `git diff --check`

Tested on Linux with Ubuntu 26.04 in Docker. Full application suites were not run because only workflow package installation and invocation changed.
