feat(site): add audio.cpp deployment path

• add the merged audio.cpp Fun-ASR-Nano runtime to the bilingual deployment registry
• surface CPU/CUDA, Q8_0, CLI, and OpenAI-compatible offline transcription with explicit non-streaming/non-timestamp boundaries
• preserve llama.cpp as the higher-ranked general edge recommendation
• pin the upstream implementation commit and GGUF package revision
• correct the upstream non-executable build script path by documenting bash scripts/build_linux.sh

• red-first registry contract: missing audio-cpp failed before the entry was added
• red-first build-command contract: direct script execution failed the contract before the bash prefix was added

• Ruff 0.14.10 and git diff --check: passed
