Latest versions include: - Cypress 15 - Vite 8 - Firebase 12 - Node 22 A couple minor additions/fixes are here, too: - Use port 5002 instead of 5000, because on my mac port 5000 is used by AirPlay. - Add `npm run cypress:interactive` for a simpler interactive cypress test experience against the firebase emulators.

There's a setup-java action that we can use to install the JDK that firebase emulators need.
