Adds chanx to Utils, in alphabetical order. Disclosure: I'm the author.
Why it's awesome: FastAPI turns typed routes into an OpenAPI schema and
/docs, but@app.websocketgets none of that. chanx brings the same idea to WebSockets: each message is a Pydantic model, each handler takes one, and the app serves an AsyncAPI 3.0 spec and docs page generated from the handlers. Typed Python and TypeScript clients are generated from that spec, so renaming a field fails the frontend type check in CI. It also handles groups and broadcasting through a channel layer (in-memory or Redis).
