Scrape BAFTA nominations

Issue Summary

Currently, although the main page shows a dropdown to select different awards, they actually don't work. To address this ticket, copy the scraping logic for Academy Awards and make the functionality work exactly the same for BAFTA nominations. In api/data/nominations.py, there are functions that scrape the data from IMDB and functions that add the correct movie based on the data scraped into the postgres database. Currently these functions only work correctly for Academy Award nominations. Reconfigure them so they also work for BAFTA nominations in addition to Academy Award nominations.
