Adds
src/notifications/topics.ts(parseclaims:12,resolutions:15,squad:20, resolve category to thread id, derive category from event name), a validatedTELEGRAM_TOPIC_MAPsetting (invalid mappings fail config load), andmessage_thread_idfromcreateNotifieronly when mapped (otherwise payload unchanged). The poller setsextra.category(resolutionsfor claim_resolved/market_settled/resolved,claimsfor other claim_* events, else the contract source). Key registered in config-cli and provenance. Tests:tests/forum-topics.test.mjs.Verification (honest):
