The Nest CLI refuses TypeScript 7 (no compiler API until 7.1), so the app is built with plain `tsc`, which works fine, and `@nestjs/cli`/`@nestjs/schematics` are dropped. `@swc-node/register` peers on TypeScript < 7 and crashes on import, so the MikroORM CLI loads TS through `@oxc-node/core` instead.
