Removes the checked-in Claude Spec Workflow scaffolding. CSW v0.4.0 — the
/csw:spec→/csw:plan→/csw:build→/csw:shipframework that generated these files — was retired on 2026-08-03 and replaced by CSW 1.0.0, a Claude Code plugin that keeps no state in the target repo.Superpowers owns spec-and-plan now; CSW owns dispatch, merge, and cleanup. Nothing reads these files any more, and their content stays in git history.
