Announce that Microsoft Graph Toolkit was retired on August 28, 2026, thank the community for their support, and let readers know they can fork the repository to maintain their own version. Insert the retirement announcement into every publishable package README so the deprecation is visible on npm when the final version ships. Uses a plain blockquote (not a GitHub alert) since npm does not render alert callouts.
