• Adds the suppPackages functionality and improves getPkgZips() / version-control helpers for dependency handling and study-package workflows.
• Adds documentation and exports for developCheckout(), issueOpen(), and pullRequest(); removes obsolete examples/tests and updates package metadata.
• Adds updateColumnValues(), its documentation, and comprehensive tests; updates related CDM-name and package-dependency tests.
• Adds a macOS troubleshooting article covering Java and gettext setup.
• Moves the macOS article into the pkgdown articles structure and adds the new “Inserting a New Package Structure” article.
• Adds vignette ignore rules and article dependency metadata, including vignettes/articles/renv.lock.
• Updates the pkgdown workflow, package build exclusions, project filename, and related configuration.
