Explain why UiCaptureSurface is a Linear render texture (the harness is an editor window, which renders in gamma space, and the capture is a raw copy) and add an edit-mode test that renders a solid panel, captures it, and asserts the PNG pixel matches the authored color byte for byte. Verified on Windows 6000.4 where both flags produce exact colors; the sRGB variant double-encoded on Linux (#5).
