SHA-pins all mutable-tag third-party GitHub Actions in the build workflows to commit SHAs (hardening per standard §5.3), with the human-readable version preserved in a trailing comment so Renovate can still track updates.

Scope

• ci.yml — 15 refs (Kotlin/Swift/Python/TypeScript/C# CI jobs)
• docs.yml — 23 refs (per-language docs build + Pages deploy)
• release.yml — 8 refs (multi-language test/build/publish + attestation)
• bump-version.yml — 1 ref

47 refs pinned in total.

Not touched

• codeql.yml / scorecard.yml — already pinned (e0647621)
• Local uses: ./... composite refs
• Any ref already carrying a 40-hex SHA

Verification
