Summary

  • Add SEP-24 flow integration coverage and log degraded readiness checks.
  • Verify SEP-24 request validation and group membership/role guards.
  • Add JWT expiration and issuer claim regression tests.
  • Mark worker cycles failed when recovery tasks fail, and include error stacks in retry and dead-letter logs.

Verification

  • npm run build passes.
  • Focused suites: 382 tests passed.
  • Full npm test: 4,255 passed, 22 skipped; two suites timed out at 5 seconds in the full run, then passed in isolation with a 20-second timeout.
  • npm run test:integration could not start because PostgreSQL is unavailable at localhost:5432.
