Status messages time out, errors wait for you, and Messages lists what you missed - #599

StatusBarPart now hosts the library's AppStatusBar (MentalDesk.Tui 0.4.0): the active tab's path is its resting text, and the grammar, modes, wrap, diff status and position sit together at its right end before the help hint. Every SetMessage/SetError call is sorted into a reply (ShowMessage), news (ShowNews) or an error (Severity.Error). News is withdrawn when it stops being true: a failed review refresh when one works, language-server trouble when the server restarts, the cut message when the cut clears. The host calls KeyPressed after handling each key, skipping chord keys and keys whose command said something. Show messages (sm, Help menu, palette, or clicking ⚠ n) opens the library's MessagesDialog. LogFile hands its warnings to the bar each iteration through TakeWarnings, so they count in ⚠ n and list in Messages without showing; Show log no longer clears a count. The status bar now follows the style guide's Status messages rule, on MentalDesk.Tui's own
