Each release now publishes TuiCode to the signed apt repository at https://mentaldesk.github.io/apt. Debian and Ubuntu users who follow the README's three steps get new versions through sudo apt upgrade.

Closes #417

  • After publishing, a new apt-check job installs the released version from the repository in clean debian:12 and ubuntu:22.04 containers, on both amd64 and arm64. Debian 12 is the one the task asked for; Ubuntu 22.04 covers the rest of the acceptance criteria. It waits up to 10 minutes for Pages to serve the new version. The release is already out by the time it runs, so a failure flags a broken repository, not a bad release.
  • Both shared workflows now pin v0.1.95. release-version.yml is the same file at both tags, and the publish inputs we already passed haven't changed. The one other difference in release-publish.yml: it now closes older open tap PRs that the new one supersedes.
  • PACKAGES_TOKEN needs Contents write on mentaldesk/apt too. I can't see its scopes from here. Without that permission, the push to the repository fails at the next release.
  • The README still offers the direct .deb download, now as the second option after the repository.

a-team try tuicode 590

Pins a-team's shared release workflows to v0.1.95 and passes apt: true, so
the publish job signs and pushes the release's .debs to mentaldesk/apt. The
other inputs (formula, scoop, artifacts, environment) are unchanged between
v0.1.3 and v0.1.95, and release-version.yml is identical. The one other
change in release-publish.yml is that it now closes superseded tap PRs.

A new apt-check job installs the just-released version from the repo in
clean debian:12 and ubuntu:22.04 containers on amd64 and arm64, waiting for
Pages to serve it and failing on any apt update warning.
