Cmd+V in the terminal integrations pastes the laptop's clipboard over SSH #447
The iTerm2 and WezTerm integrations send Cmd+V as Ctrl+V, so TuiCode reads its own machine's clipboard: over SSH, the remote one. Once terminal paste goes in as one paste, Cmd+V can be left to the terminal, which pastes the laptop's clipboard. Needs #446 (paste as one paste) and #444 (kitty integration). Part of #40.
Acceptance criteria
After updating the iTerm2 integration, Cmd+V in TuiCode over SSH pastes the laptop's clipboard, as one paste, indentation intact.
The same in WezTerm and kitty.
Locally, Cmd+V pastes as before, including at every caret.
Settings → Terminal shows an existing install as an older version with an update Button, and updating applies the change.
Ctrl+V still pastes TuiCode's own machine's clipboard.
Tests
Generated iTerm2 profile and WezTerm module and kitty config no longer map Cmd+V, and carry the bumped version.
