Repos Setup Script

The setup.sh script is ran after downloading/cloning this repos.

Usage: ./setup.sh

1. cd to the repos root directory
2. run ./setup.sh

What It Does

The script does the following:

1. Creates the Configuration file using Configuration.default
2. Changes the permissions of all *.sh scripts to executables
3. Reminds the user to update Configuration file
